Step 9 : Now, select the reason for filing your ITR return.

Step 10 : Enter your bank account details, ensuring that the information provided is accurate and valid.

Step 11 : A page will open displaying your already-entered information. Review and verify your details.

Step 12 : Verify your ITR return within 30 days.

Financial Year?

Financial year refers to a twelve-month period used for financial reporting and tax purposes. It usually runs from April 1 to March 31 of the following year. For example, financial year 2023-24 will run from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.

Assessment Year?

Assessment year is the year following the financial year in which income is assessed and taxed.
