Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) plays an important role in protecting consumer health and ensuring the quality of food products. At the heart of this regulatory framework is the FSSAI Food License, a certification that not only legalizes food business operations but also sets stringent standards for hygiene, safety and labeling. FSSAI registration is an important requirement for anyone engaged in the food industry.
Individuals who intend to open a restaurant, bakery, hotel, cloud kitchen or food stall in India require food license registration.
